1️⃣ ذَهَبَ عُمَرُ إِلَى الْمَشْفَى لِيَفْحَصَ صِحَّتَهُ.
Omar went to the hospital to check his health.
2️⃣ كَانَ يُعَانِي مِنْ أَلَمٍ فِي الْبَطْنِ وَالشُّعُورِ بِالتَّعَبِ.
He was suffering from pain in his stomach and feeling tired.
3️⃣ أَخَذَ الطَّبِيبُ التَّارِيخَ الْمِرَاضِيِّ لِعُمَرَ.
The doctor took Omar's medical history.
4️⃣ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، قَامَ بِإِجْرَاءِ بَعْضِ الْفُحُوصَاتِ.
After that, he conducted some tests.
5️⃣ أَخْبَرَ الطَّبِيبُ عُمَرَ أَنَّ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَّبِعَ نِظَامًا غِذَائِيًّا صِحِّيًّا.
The doctor told Omar that he should follow a healthy diet.
6️⃣ أَوصَى الطَّبِيبُ بِتَناوُلِ الْفَوَاكِهَةِ وَالخُضَارِ كَثِيرًا.
The doctor recommended eating fruits and vegetables a lot.
7️⃣ كَانَ عُمَرُ يَشْعُرُ بِالتَّحَسُّنِ بَعْدَ أَسْبُوعٍ مِنَ التَّغْيِيرَاتِ.
Omar felt better after a week of changes.
8️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُمارِسَ الرِّيَاضَةَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He decided to exercise every day.
9️⃣ كَانَ يُشْعِرُ بِالسُّرُورِ لِأَنَّهُ يَحْتَفِظُ بِصِحَّتِهِ.
He felt happy because he was maintaining his health.
🔟 أَخَذَ عُمَرُ يَكْتُبُ يَوْمِيَّاتِهِ وَيُسَجِّلُ تَطَوُّرَاتِهِ.
Omar started writing his diary and recording his progress.
