Also, he started walking every day to improve his fitness.
6️⃣ وَقَدْ أَحَسَّ بِتَغَيُّراتٍ إِيْجَابِيَّةٍ فِي صِحَّتِهِ.
He felt positive changes in his health.
7️⃣ تَحَدَّثَ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِهِ عَنْ أَهَمِّيَّةِ الصِّحَّةِ.
He talked to his friends about the importance of health.
