1️⃣ كَانَتْ مَرْيَمُ تَشْعُرُ بِالتَّعَبِ وَالْإِرْهَاقِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
Maryam felt tired and exhausted every day.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَتْ أَنْ تَأْخُذَ قَرَارًا لِتَحْسِينِ صِحَّتِهَا.
She decided to make a decision to improve her health.
3️⃣ بَدَأَتْ تَأْكُلُ وَجَبَاتٍ مُتَوَازِنَةٍ وَمُغَذِّيَةٍ.
She started eating balanced and nutritious meals.
4️⃣ كَانَتْ تَشْرَبُ مَاءً كَثِيرًا كُلَّ يَوْمٍ لِتَبْقَى رَطِبَةً.
She drank plenty of water every day to stay hydrated.
5️⃣ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ، كَانَتْ تَخْرُجُ لِلْمَشْيِ فِي الْحَدِيقَةِ.
Every morning, she would go out for a walk in the garden.
6️⃣ شَعَرَتْ بِالسَّعَادَةِ وَالطَّاقَةِ بَعْدَ كُلِّ مَشْيَةٍ.
She felt happiness and energy after each walk.
7️⃣ تَذَكَّرَتْ أَنَّ الصِّحَّةَ هِيَ أَمَانَةٌ مِنَ اللّٰهِ.
She remembered that health is a trust from Allah.
8️⃣ زَارَتْ الطَّبِيبَ لِتَفْحُصَ صِحَّتَهَا بَعْدَ أَشْهُرٍ مِنَ الرَّعَايَةِ.
She visited the doctor to check her health after months of care.
9️⃣ أَخْبَرَهَا الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّ صِحَّتَهَا قَدْ تَحَسَّنَتْ كَثِيرًا.
The doctor told her that her health had improved a lot.
🔟 كَانَتْ مَرْيَمُ شَاكِرَةً لِلَّهِ عَلَى نِعْمَةِ الصِّحَّةِ وَالرَّاحَةِ.
Maryam was grateful to Allah for the blessing of health and comfort.
