1️⃣ كَانَ عَلِيٌّ يُعَانِي مِنَ الْتَّعَبِ وَالْمَرَضِ.
Ali was suffering from fatigue and illness.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُغَيِّرَ عَادَاتِهِ وَيَحْتَرِمَ صِحَّتَهُ.
He decided to change his habits and respect his health.
3️⃣ بَدَأَ بِشَرَابِ الْمَاءِ كَثِيرًا كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He started to drink water more frequently every day.
4️⃣ كَمَا أَكَلَ وَجَبَاتٍ مُتَوَازِنَةٍ وَمُغَذِّيَةٍ.
He also ate balanced and nutritious meals.
5️⃣ كَانَ يَخْرُجُ لِلْمَشْيِ فِي الْصَّبَاحَاتِ.
He would go out for a walk in the mornings.
6️⃣ وَقَدْ أَحَسَّ بِالطَّاقَةِ تَزِيدُ فِي جَسَدِهِ.
And he felt his energy increasing in his body.
7️⃣ زَارَ الطَّبِيبَ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنْ صِحَّتِهِ.
He visited the doctor to check his health.
8️⃣ أَجَازَ الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّ صِحَّتَهُ أَحْسَنَ الْآنَ.
The doctor confirmed that his health was better now.
9️⃣ شَعَرَ عَلِيٌّ بِالْفَرَحِ لِتَحَسُّنِهِ.
Ali felt joy for his improvement.
🔟 أَدْرَكَ أَنَّ الْصِّحَّةَ أَمَانَةٌ مِنَ اللَّـهِ وَيَجِبُ حِرَاسَتُهَا.
He realized that health is a trust from Allah and must be preserved.
