1️⃣ أَرَادَ جَميلٌ أَنْ يُحَسِّنَ صِحَّتَهُ فِي حَيَاتِهِ اليَوْمِيَّةِ.
Jameel wanted to improve his health in his daily life.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَأْكُلَ وَجَبَاتٍ مُتَوَازِنَةً وَصِحِّيَّةً.
He decided to eat balanced and healthy meals.
3️⃣ كَانَ يَشْعُرُ بِالتَّعَبِ بَعْدَ العملِ، لَكِنَّهُ أَصَرَّ عَلَى مَارَسَةِ الرِّيَاضَةِ.
He felt tired after work, but he insisted on exercising.
4️⃣ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ، كَانَ يَخْرُجُ لِلْمَشْيِ فِي الحَدِيقَةِ القَرِيبَةِ.
Every morning, he would go out for a walk in the nearby park.
5️⃣ كَانَ يَشْرَبُ مَاءً كَثِيرًا لِيُحَافِظَ عَلَى رُطُوبَةِ جِسْمِهِ.
He drank plenty of water to maintain his body’s hydration.
6️⃣ بَعْدَ أَسْبُوعٍ، شَعَرَ جَميلٌ بِطَاقَةٍ أَكْثَرَ وَصِحَّةٍ أَحْسَنَ.
After a week, Jameel felt more energetic and healthier.
7️⃣ زَارَ الطَّبيبَ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنَ صِحَّتِهِ وَيَحْصُلَ عَلَى نَصَائِحٍ مُفِيدَةٍ.
He visited the doctor to check his health and receive useful advice.
8️⃣ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَشْكُرَ اللَّهَ عَلَى النِّعَمِ الَّتِي أَنْعَمَ بِهَا عَلَيْهِ.
He wanted to thank Allah for the blessings that He bestowed upon him.
9️⃣ تَعَلَّمَ أَنَّ العِنايةَ بِالصِّحَّةِ هِيَ مَسْؤُولِيَّةٌ كَبِيرَةٌ.
He learned that taking care of health is a big responsibility.
🔟 قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَسْتَمِرَّ فِي تَحْسِينِ عَادَاتِهِ الصِّحِّيَّةِ بَشَكْلٍ مُسْتَمِرٍّ.
He decided to continue improving his healthy habits consistently.
