Arabic Story with Translation:
1️⃣ فِي صَبَاحٍ جَمِيلٍ، قَرَّرَ سَلْمَانُ أَنْ يَحْتَرِمَ صِحَّتَهُ.
In a beautiful morning, Salman decided to respect his health.
2️⃣ أَكَلَ فُطُورًا مُتَوَازِنًا مَكونًا مِنَ الْفَاكِهَةِ وَالْخُبْزِ الْكَمْلِيّ.
He ate a balanced breakfast consisting of fruits and whole grain bread.
3️⃣ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، خَرَجَ لِيَتَنَزَّهَ فِي الْمَحَلَّةِ القَرِيبَةِ.
After that, he went out to stroll in the nearby neighborhood.
4️⃣ أَحَبَّ سَلْمَانُ أَنْ يَشْرَبَ مَاءً كَثِيرًا لِيُرَطِّبَ جَسَدَهُ.
Salman loved to drink a lot of water to hydrate his body.
5️⃣ أَحَسَّ أَنَّهُ أَكْثَرُ نَشَاطًا وَسُرُورًا بَعْدَ التَّمْشِيَةِ.
He felt more energetic and happy after the walking.
6️⃣ بَعْدَ أَيَّامٍ، زَارَ الطَّبِيبَ لِيَفْحَصَ صِحَّتَهُ.
After a few days, he visited the doctor to check his health.
7️⃣ أَكَّدَ الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّهُ فِي حَالَةٍ جَيِّدَةٍ، وَهَذَا أَسْعَدَهُ.
The doctor confirmed that he was in good condition, and this made him happy.
8️⃣ أَعْتَقَدُ سَلْمَانُ أَنَّ الرِّعَايَةَ بِالصِّحَّةِ هِيَ أَمَانَةٌ مِنَ اللّٰهِ.
Salman believes that taking care of health is a trust from Allah.
9️⃣ كَانَ يُفَكِّرُ فِي طُرُقٍ جَدِيدَةٍ لِتَحْسِينِ نَمَطِ حَيَاتِهِ.
He was thinking of new ways to improve his lifestyle.
🔟 أَحَبَّ أَنْ يُشَارِكَ نَصَائِحَهُ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِهِ لِيُشَجِّعَهُمْ.
He wanted to share his tips with his friends to encourage them.
