1️⃣ كَانَتْ لَهُ عَادَةٌ سَيِّئَةٌ فِي تَنَاوُلِ الْمَشْرُوبَاتِ الْمُحَلَّاةِ.
He had a bad habit of consuming sweet drinks.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُغَيِّرَ هَذِهِ الْعَادَةَ لِتَحْسِينِ صِحَّتِهِ.
He decided to change this habit to improve his health.
3️⃣ بَدَأَ يُشْرِبُ الْمَاءَ أَكْثَرَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He started to drink more water every day.
4️⃣ كَانَ يَحْتَسِي كَأْسًا مِنَ الْمَاءِ قَبْلَ كُلِّ وَجْبَةٍ.
He would drink a glass of water before each meal.
5️⃣ أَيْضًا، بَدَأَ يَأْكُلُ فَوَاكِهًى وَخُضَرًى طَازَجَةً.
Also, he began to eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
6️⃣ كَانَ يَخْطُو فِي الْمَشْيِ لِمَدَّةِ نِصْفِ سَاعَةٍ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He would walk for half an hour every day.
7️⃣ بَعْدَ أَسْبُوعَيْنِ، شَعَرَ بِتَحَسُّنٍ كَبِيرٍ فِي صِحَّتِهِ.
After two weeks, he felt a significant improvement in his health.
8️⃣ زَارَ الطَّبِيبَ لِلتَّأَكُّدِ مِنْ أَنَّهُ عَلَى مَا يُرَامُ.
He visited the doctor to ensure that he was doing well.
9️⃣ أَخْبَرَهُ الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّهُ فِي حَالَةٍ جَيِّدَةٍ.
The doctor told him that he was in good condition.
🔟 أَدْرَكَ أَنَّ الْعِتَايَةَ بِالصِّحَّةِ هِيَ أَمَانَةٌ مِنَ اللّٰهِ.
He realized that taking care of health is a trust from Allah.
