1️⃣ فِي صَباحٍ مُشْمِسٍ، كَانَ عَليٌّ يَستَيقِظُ مُبَكِّرًا لِيَبدَأَ يَوْمَهُ.
In a sunny morning, Ali wakes up early to start his day.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَذهَبَ إِلَى السُّوقِ لِيَشتَرِيَ فَواكِهَ طَازَجةً.
He decided to go to the market to buy fresh fruits.
3️⃣ وَقَبلَ ذَلكَ، أَخَذَ قَليلًا مِنَ الماءِ لِيُرَطِّبَ جَسَدَهُ.
Before that, he took a little water to hydrate his body.
4️⃣ عِندَمَا وَصَلَ إِلَى السُّوقِ، رَءَا أَصْنَافًا مُتَنَوِّعَةً مِنَ الفَواكِه.
When he arrived at the market, he saw various kinds of fruits.
5️⃣ قَالَ لَكَمَالٍ، صَدِيقِهِ، "عَلَيْنَا أَنْ نَأكُلَ مَزِيدًا مِنَ الفَواكِه لِنُحافِظَ عَلَى صِحَّتِنَا."
He said to Kamal, his friend, "We should eat more fruits to maintain our health."
6️⃣ كَامَالٌ أَحَبَّ الفَكْرَةَ وَوَعَدَ أَنْ يُجَرِّبَ طَعْمَ الفَواكِهِ الجَدِيدَةِ.
Kamal liked the idea and promised to try the taste of new fruits.
7️⃣ بَعْدَ ذَلكَ، زَارُوا مَتْجَرَ الأَغْذِيَةِ الصِّحِّيَّةِ لِيَشْتَرُوا خُضَرًا.
After that, they visited the health food store to buy vegetables.
8️⃣ أَخَذُوا خُضَرًا مَخْتَلِفَةً مِثْلَ الجَزَرِ وَالخَسِّ وَالبَندُورَةِ.
They took different vegetables like carrots, lettuce, and tomatoes.
9️⃣ عَادُوا إِلَى مَنزِلِهِمَا، وَقَامُوا بِطَبْخِ وَجْبَةٍ صِحِّيَّةٍ مَعًا.
They returned to their home and cooked a healthy meal together.
🔟 بَعْدَ الأَكْلِ، شَعَرَا بِالسَّعَادَةِ وَالنَّشاطِ لِأَنَّهُمَا تَناوَلَا طَعَامًا صِحِّيًّا.
After eating, they felt happiness and energy because they had eaten healthy food.
