2️⃣ كَانَ يَشْعُرُ بالتَّعَبِ الدَّائِمِ وَقِلَّةِ النَّوْمِ.
He felt constant fatigue and a lack of sleep.
3️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَزُورَ الطَّبِيبَ لِيَحْصُلَ عَلَى نَصَائِحَ.
He decided to visit the doctor to get advice.
4️⃣ قَالَ الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّ النَّوْمَ الْكافِيَ مُهِمٌّ لِلصِّحَّةِ.
The doctor said that enough sleep is important for health.
5️⃣ وَأَوصَى بِتَغْذِيَةٍ سَلِيمَةٍ وَشُرْبِ مَاءٍ كَافٍ.
He recommended a healthy diet and enough water intake.
6️⃣ بَدَأَ عَليٌّ فِي مَارَسَةِ الرِّيَاضَةِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
Ali started exercising every day.
7️⃣ كَانَ يَشْعُرُ بِتَحَسُّنَ فِي مِزَاجِهِ وَصِحَّتِهِ.
He felt an improvement in his mood and health.
8️⃣ تَعَلَّمَ أَيْضًا كَيْفَ يُدَارَسُ التَّوَتُّرُ بِطُرُقٍ مَفِيدَةٍ.
He also learned how to manage stress in useful ways.
9️⃣ بَعْدَ شَهْرٍ مِنَ التَّغْيِيرَاتِ، أَحَسَّ بِسَعَادَةٍ كَبِيرَةٍ.
After a month of changes, he felt great happiness.
🔟 أَخَذَ عَليٌّ يَكْتُبُ قِصَصًا عَنْ صِحَّتِهِ لِيُشَارِكَها مَعَ الآخَرِينَ.
Ali began to write stories about his health to share them with others.
