1️⃣ كَانَ يَوْمٌ جَمِيلٌ فِي ٱلْمَدِينَةِ، وَأَحَسَّ ٱلرَّجُلُ بِحَاجَةٍ إِلَى ٱلصِّحَّةِ.
It was a beautiful day in the city, and the man felt a need for health.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَذْهَبَ إِلَى ٱلْمَشْيِ فِي ٱلْحَدِيقَةِ.
He decided to go for a walk in the park.
3️⃣ أَخَذَ مَعَهُ مِيَاهًۭ لِشَرْبِهَا بَيْنَ ٱلْمَشَايَةِ.
He took with him water to drink during the walk.
4️⃣ عِنْدَمَا وَصَلَ إِلَى ٱلْحَدِيقَةِ، رَءَا كَثِيرًۭا مِنَ ٱلْأَشْخَاصِ يَجْرُونَ.
When he arrived at the park, he saw many people running.
5️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُجَرِّبَ ٱلْجَرْيَ بَعْدَ ٱلْمَشْيِ.
He decided to try running after the walk.
6️⃣ بَدَأَ بِبِطَئٍۢ ثُمَّ زَادَ مِنْ سُرْعَتِهِ.
He started slowly and then increased his speed.
7️⃣ بَعْدَ جَوْلَةٍۢ طَوِيلَةٍۢ، أَحَسَّ بِٱلْحَمَاسَةِ وَٱلْطَّاقَةِ.
After a long round, he felt excitement and energy.
8️⃣ عُدْتَ إِلَى ٱلْمَنْزِلِ لِيَأْكُلَ وَجْبَةًۭ صِحِّيَّةًۭ.
He returned home to eat a healthy meal.
9️⃣ خَصَّصَ وَقْتًۭا لِتَعَلُّمِ نَصَائِحَ ٱلصِّحَّةِ وَٱلَّتِي تَشْمَلُ ٱلْغِذَاءَ.
He dedicated time to learn health tips that include nutrition.
🔟 أَحَسَّ أَنَّهُ يُحَسِّنُ حَيَاتَهُ بَالتَّدْرِيبِ وَٱلْتَّغْذِيَةِ الصَّحِيحَةِ.
He felt that he was improving his life through training and proper nutrition.
