1️⃣ أَحْمَدُ كَانَ يَعِيشُ حَياةً غَيْرَ صِحِّيَّةٍ.
Ahmed was living an unhealthy life.
2️⃣ كَانَ يَأْكُلُ الطَّعَامَ السَّرِيعَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He was eating fast food every day.
3️⃣ يَوْمَ مَا، قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُغَيِّرَ عَادَاتِهِ.
One day, he decided to change his habits.
4️⃣ أَوَّلُ شَيْءٍ فَعَلَهُ كَانَ شُرْبَ الْمَاءِ بِكَمٍّ أَكْثَرَ.
The first thing he did was to drink more water.
5️⃣ بَدَأَ أَيْضًا بِتَناوُلِ وَجَبَاتٍ مُتَوَازِنَةٍ.
He also started eating balanced meals.
6️⃣ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ، كَانَ يَخْرُجُ لِلْمَشْيِ فِي الْحَدِيقَةِ.
Every morning, he would go out for a walk in the park.
7️⃣ بَعْدَ أَسْبُوعَيْنِ، شَعَرَ بِتَحَسُّنٍ كَبِيرٍ فِي صِحَّتِهِ.
After two weeks, he felt a great improvement in his health.
8️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَزُورَ الطَّبِيبَ لِلْفَحْصِ الدَّوريِّ.
He decided to visit the doctor for a regular check-up.
9️⃣ الطَّبِيبُ أَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ لِأَنَّهُ يَتَّبِعُ نِظَامًا صِحِّيًّا.
The doctor praised him for following a healthy regimen.
🔟 أَحْمَدُ أَحَسَّ بِشُكْرٍ لِلَّهِ عَلَى نِعْمَةِ الصِّحَّةِ.
Ahmed felt grateful to Allah for the blessing of health.
