1️⃣ كَانَ عَمْرٌو يَعْتَني بِصِحَّتِهِ بِنَفْسِهِ جِدًّا.
Amr took care of his health by himself very much.
2️⃣ كَانَ يُحَضِّرُ وَجَبَاتٍ مُتَوَازِنَةٍ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He prepared balanced meals every day.
3️⃣ كَانَ يَشْرَبُ مَاءً كَثِيرًا لِيَبْقَى مُرَطَّبًا.
He drank a lot of water to stay hydrated.
4️⃣ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ، كَانَ يُمَارِسُ الرِّيَاضَةَ فِي الْحَديقةِ.
Every morning, he exercised in the garden.
5️⃣ كَانَ يَحْتَفِظُ بِسَاعَاتٍ كَافِيَةٍ مِنَ النَّوْمِ كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ.
He kept enough hours of sleep every night.
6️⃣ عَمَلَ عَمْرٌو عَلَى تَغْيِيرِ عَادَاتِهِ السَّيِّئَةِ.
Amr worked on changing his bad habits.
7️⃣ زَارَ الطَّبِيبَ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنْ صِحَّتِهِ.
He visited the doctor to make sure of his health.
8️⃣ كَانَ يُعَبِّرُ عَنْ شُكْرِهِ لِلهِ عَلَى الْعَافِيَةِ الَّتِي أَنْعَمَ بِهَا.
He expressed his gratitude to Allah for the well-being He bestowed upon him.
9️⃣ تَعَلَّمَ أَنَّ الصِّحَّةَ هِيَ أَغْلَى شَيْءٍ فِي الْحَيَاةِ.
He learned that health is the most precious thing in life.
🔟 قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُحَافِظَ عَلَى صِحَّتِهِ كَأَمَانَةٍ مِنَ اللهِ.
He decided to preserve his health as a trust from Allah.
