1️⃣ كَانَ هُناكَ رَجُلٌ يُدْعَى عَليٌّ، يُعَانِي مِنَ المَرَضِ.
There was a man named Ali, who suffers from illness.
2️⃣ كَانَ عَليٌّ يَشْعُرُ بِالتَّعَبِ وَالضَّعْفِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
Ali felt tired and weak every day.
3️⃣ زَارَ الطَّبِيبَ لِيَسْتَشْرِدَهُ عَنْ صِحَّتِهِ.
He visited the doctor to consult him about his health.
4️⃣ قَالَ الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّهُ يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَتَّبِعَ نِظامًا غِذَائِيًّا صَحِيحًا.
The doctor said that he must follow a healthy diet plan.
5️⃣ بَدَأَ عَليٌّ بِأَكْلِ الخُضَارِ وَالفَواكِهَ بِنِسَبٍ مُتَزَايِدَةٍ.
Ali started eating vegetables and fruits in increased amounts.
6️⃣ كَانَ يَشْرَبُ المَاءَ كَثِيرًا لِيُحَافِظَ عَلَى رُطُوبَةِ جِسْمِهِ.
He drank a lot of water to maintain the hydration of his body.
7️⃣ بَعْدَ أَسْبُوعَيْنِ، أَحَسَّ عَليٌّ بِتَحَسُّنِ صِحَّتِهِ.
After two weeks, Ali felt an improvement in his health.
8️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَمارِسَ الرِّيَاضَةَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ لِيُعَزِّزَ قُوَّتَهُ.
He decided to exercise every day to enhance his strength.
9️⃣ أَصْبَحَ عَليٌّ أَحَدَ الأَشْخاصِ الأَصِحَّاءِ فِي مَجْمُوعَتِهِ.
Ali became one of the healthiest people in his group.
🔟 تَعَلَّمَ أَنَّ الرِّعايَةَ بِالصِّحَّةِ أَمْرٌ مُهِمٌّ جِدًّا لِحَيَاةٍ أَطْوَلَ.
He learned that caring for health is very important for a longer life.
