1️⃣ أَحْمَدُ يُفَكِّرُ فِي تَغْيِيرِ نَمطِ حَيَاتِهِ لِلْحِفَاظِ عَلَى صِحَّتِهِ.
Ahmad thinks about changing his lifestyle to maintain his health.
2️⃣ هُوَ يُدْرِكُ أَنَّ الأَكْلَ السَّليمَ يُسَاعِدُ عَلَى الشُّعُورِ بِالطَّاقَةِ.
He realizes that healthy eating helps in feeling energetic.
3️⃣ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ، يَحَضِّرُ وَجَبَاتٍ مُمْتَازَةً مِمَّا يُحِبُّ.
Every day, he prepares excellent meals from what he likes.
4️⃣ أَيْضًا، يَشْرَبُ كَثِيرًا مِنَ الْمَاءِ لِيُرَطِّبَ جِسْمَهُ.
Also, he drinks a lot of water to hydrate his body.
5️⃣ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، يُقَرِّرُ أَنْ يَخْرُجَ لِلْمَشْيِ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ.
After that, he decides to go out for a walk every morning.
6️⃣ هَذَا يُسَاعِدُهُ عَلَى تَحَسُّنِ مِزَاجِهِ وَصِحَّتِهِ.
This helps him improve his mood and health.
7️⃣ أَحْمَدُ يُعْتَبِرُ قَصْدَ الزِّيَارَةِ إِلَى الطَّبِيبِ أَمْرًا مُهِمًّا.
Ahmad considers visiting the doctor a necessary matter.
8️⃣ هُوَ يَفْحَصُ صِحَّتَهُ بَانتِظَامٍ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنْ أَنَّهُ سَلِيمٌ.
He regularly checks his health to ensure he is well.
9️⃣ يَشْعُرُ أَحْمَدُ بِالْشُّكْرِ لِلَّهِ عَلَى نِعْمَةِ الصِّحَّةِ.
Ahmad feels grateful to Allah for the blessing of health.
🔟 هَذَا يُشَجِّعُهُ عَلَى الْحِفَاظِ عَلَى جَسَدِهِ كَأَمَانَةٍ مِنَ اللّٰهِ.
This encourages him to take care of his body as a trust from Allah.
