1️⃣ كَانَ يُوجَدُ رَجُلٌ يُدْعَى أَحْمَدُ يَعْمَلُ طَبِيبًا.
There was a man named Ahmad who worked as a doctor.
2️⃣ كَانَ أَحْمَدُ يُحِبُّ مِهْنَتَهُ جِدًّا وَيُرَاقِبُ صِحَّةَ النَّاسِ.
Ahmad loved his profession very much and monitored people's health.
3️⃣ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ، كَانَ يَسْتَقْبِلُ الْمَرْضَى فِي عِيَادَتِهِ.
Every day, he received patients in his clinic.
4️⃣ كَانَ يُعَلِّمُهُمْ كَيْفَ يَحْتَفِظُونَ بِصِحَّتِهِمْ.
He taught them how to maintain their health.
5️⃣ أَحْمَدُ كَانَ يَشْجَعُ الْمَرْضَى عَلَى تَناوُلِ الْخُضَرَاتِ وَالْفَوَاكِهَةِ.
Ahmad encouraged patients to eat vegetables and fruits.
6️⃣ كَانَ يُحَذِّرُهُمْ مِنْ أَخْطَارِ السُّكَّرِ وَالسُّودَاءَ.
He warned them about the dangers of sugar and obesity.
7️⃣ أَحْمَدُ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ أَنَّ النَّوْمَ الْكَافِي يُسَاهِمُ فِي صِحَّةِ الْجَسَدِ.
Ahmad believed that sufficient sleep contributes to the health of the body.
8️⃣ كَانَ يُشَجِّعُهُمْ عَلَى مُمَارَسَةِ الرِّيَاضَةِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He encouraged them to exercise every day.
9️⃣ بَعْدَ سَاعَاتٍ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ، كَانَ أَحْمَدُ يُحَضِّرُ طَعَامًا صِحِّيًّا لِنَفْسِهِ.
After hours of work, Ahmad prepared healthy food for himself.
🔟 فِي النِّهَايَةِ، كَانَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرَى النَّاسَ سُعَدَاءَ وَأَصِحَّاءَ.
In the end, he loved to see people happy and healthy.
