Arabic Story with Translation:
1️⃣ كَانَ عَليٌّ شَابًّا يُعَانِي مِنْ مُشْكِلَاتٍ فِي صِحَّتِهِ.
Ali was a young man who was suffering from problems in his health.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُغَيِّرَ عَادَاتِهِ الْيَوْمِيَّةَ لِيُحَسِّنَ مِنْ وَضْعِهِ.
He decided to change his daily habits to improve his condition.
3️⃣ أَوَّلًا، بَدَأَ يَأْكُلُ وَجَبَاتٍ مُتَوَازِنَةً وَمُغَذِّيَةً.
First, he started eating balanced and nutritious meals.
4️⃣ ثَانِيًا، بَدَأَ يَشْرَبُ مَاءً كَثِيرًا كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
Secondly, he began to drink plenty of water every day.
5️⃣ كَمَا أَنَّهُ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَمْشِيَ لِسَاعَةٍ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ فِي الْحَدِيقَةِ.
He also decided to walk for an hour every day in the park.
6️⃣ بَعْدَ أُسْبُوعَيْنِ، شَعَرَ أَنَّهُ أَحْسَنَ فِي صِحَّتِهِ وَطَاقَتِهِ.
After two weeks, he felt that he had improved in his health and energy.
7️⃣ ذَهَبَ إِلَى الطَّبِيبِ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنْ تَحَسُّنِهِ.
He went to the doctor to confirm his improvement.
8️⃣ أَكَّدَ الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّ عَليًّا قَدْ أَحْسَنَ كَثِيرًا وَيَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ الْمُوَاصَلَةُ.
The doctor confirmed that Ali had improved a lot and should continue.
9️⃣ شَعَرَ عَليٌّ بِالْقَتَاحَةِ وَالْامْتِنَانِ لِنِعْمَةِ الصِّحَّةِ.
Ali felt grateful and thankful for the blessing of health.
🔟 تَعَلَّمَ أَنَّ رِعَايَةَ الصِّحَّةِ هِيَ أَمَانَةٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى.
He learned that taking care of health is a trust from Allah, the Exalted.
