1️⃣ ذَهَبَتْ سَمِيْرَةُ إِلَى الطَّبِيبِ لِتَفْحُصَ صِحَّتَهَا.
Samira went to the doctor to check her health.
2️⃣ كَانَتْ تَشْعُرُ بِالتَّعَبِ وَالْوَهَنِ فِي جَسَدِهَا.
She was feeling tired and weak in her body.
3️⃣ سَأَلَتْهَا الطَّبِيبَةُ عَنْ نِظَامِهَا الْغِذَائِيِّ وَمَارَسَاتِهَا الرِّيَاضِيَّةِ.
The doctor asked her about her diet and her exercise habits.
4️⃣ أَجَابَتْ سَمِيْرَةُ أَنَّهَا تَأْكُلُ طَعَامًا غَيْرَ صِحِّيٍّ وَتَجْلِسُ طَوِيلًا.
Samira answered that she eats unhealthy food and sits for a long time.
5️⃣ قَالَتْ الطَّبِيبَةُ أَنَّهَا تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى تَغْيِيرِ نِظَامِهَا الْغِذَائِيِّ.
The doctor said that she needs to change her diet.
6️⃣ نَصَحَتْهَا بِأَنْ تَأْكُلَ فَوَاكِهَ وَخُضَرًا كَثِيرَةً.
She advised her to eat more fruits and vegetables.
7️⃣ كَمَا أَقْنَعَتْهَا بِمُمارَسَةِ الرِّيَاضَةِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
She also convinced her to exercise every day.
8️⃣ بَعْدَ أَسْبُوعَيْنِ، شَعَرَتْ سَمِيْرَةُ بِتَحَسُّنٍ فِي صِحَّتِهَا.
After two weeks, Samira felt an improvement in her health.
9️⃣ قَرَّرَتْ أَنْ تَسْتَمِرَّ فِي اتِّبَاعِ النِّصَائِحِ الَّتِي أَعْطَتْهَا إِيَّاهَا الطَّبِيبَةُ.
She decided to continue following the advice that the doctor gave her.
🔟 أَحَبَّتْ سَمِيْرَةُ حَيَاتَهَا الجَدِيدَةَ وَشَعَرَتْ بِالسَّعَادَةِ.
Samira loved her new life and felt happiness.
