1️⃣ كَانَ عَليٌّ يُفَكِّرُ فِي صِحَتِهِ كَثِيرًا.
Ali was thinking about his health a lot.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُعَزِّزَ عَادَاتِهِ الصِّحِّيَّةَ.
He decided to improve his healthy habits.
3️⃣ بَدَأَ بِتَناوُلِ وَجَبَاتٍ مُتَوَازِنَةٍ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He started eating balanced meals every day.
4️⃣ أَخَذَ يَشْرَبُ مَاءً كَثِيرًا لِيُرَطِّبَ جَسَدَهُ.
He began to drink a lot of water to hydrate his body.
5️⃣ كَانَ يَخْرُجُ لِلْمَشِيِّ فِي الصَّبَاحَاتِ كُلِّهَا.
He would go out for walks every morning.
6️⃣ أَحَسَّ بِطَاقَةٍ أَكْثَرَ بَعْدَ هَذِهِ التَّغْيِيرَاتِ.
He felt more energetic after these changes.
7️⃣ زَارَ الطَّبِيبَ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنْ صِحَتِهِ.
He visited the doctor to ensure his health.
8️⃣ أَخَذَ الطَّبِيبُ يَنْصَحُهُ بِأَهَمِّيَّةِ الرَّاحَةِ.
The doctor advised him about the importance of rest.
9️⃣ شَعَرَ عَليٌّ بِالْاِمْتِنَانِ لِصِحَّتِهِ الجَيِّدَةِ.
Ali felt grateful for his good health.
🔟 أَدْرَكَ أَنَّ الْجَسَدَ أَمانَةٌ مِنَ اللَّهِ.
He realized that the body is a trust from Allah.
