1️⃣ كَانَتْ لَيسَا تَشْعُرُ بِالتَّعَبِ وَالْإِرْهَاقِ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
Lysa felt tired and exhausted every day.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَتْ أَنْ تُغَيِّرَ عَادَاتِهَا وَتَحْتَفِي بِصَحَّتِهَا.
She decided to change her habits and take care of her health.
3️⃣ بَدَأَتْ بَتَناوُلِ وَجَبَاتٍ مُتَوَازِنَةٍ وَصِحِّيَةٍ.
She started eating balanced and healthy meals.
4️⃣ كَانَتْ تَشْرَبُ مَاءً كَثِيرًا كُلَّ يَوْمٍ لِتَبْقَى مُرَطَّبَةً.
She drank a lot of water every day to stay hydrated.
5️⃣ كَانَتْ تَخْرُجُ لِلْمَشْيِ فِي الصَّبَاحِ لِتَحْسِينِ مِزَاجِهَا.
She would go out for a walk in the morning to improve her mood.
6️⃣ كَانَتْ تُحِبُّ قَضَاءَ وَقْتٍ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِهَا فِي الطَّبِيعَةِ.
She loved spending time with her friends in nature.
7️⃣ زَارَتْ الطَّبِيبَ لِتَفْحُصَ صِحَّتَهَا بَعْدَ أَشْهُرٍ مِنَ التَّحَسُّنِ.
She visited the doctor to check her health after months of improvement.
8️⃣ أَخْبَرَهَا الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّهَا فِي وَضْعٍ جَيِّدٍ وَتَحَسَّنَتْ كَثِيرًا.
The doctor told her that she was in good condition and had improved a lot.
9️⃣ شَعَرَتْ بِالْشُّكْرِ لِلَّهِ عَلَى النِّعَمِ الَّتِي أَعَطَاهَا.
She felt grateful to Allah for the blessings He had given her.
🔟 أَدْرَكَتْ أَنَّ الصِّحَّةَ هِيَ أَغْلَى مَا يَمْلِكُهُ الْإِنْسَانُ.
She realized that health is the most valuable thing a person can have.
