1️⃣ ذَهَبَتْ مَرْيَمُ إِلَى الطَّبِيبِ لِتَفْحَصَ صِحَّتَهَا.
Maryam went to the doctor to check her health.
2️⃣ قَالَ الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّهَا تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى بَعْضِ الفُحُوصَاتِ.
The doctor said that she needs some tests.
3️⃣ أَخَذَتْ دَمًا مِنْهَا لِفَحْصِ نِسَبِ السُّكَّرِ وَالكُلِّسْتِرُولِ.
They took her blood to test the levels of sugar and cholesterol.
4️⃣ بَعْدَ يَوْمَيْنِ، حَصَلَتْ عَلَى نَتَائِجِ الفُحُوصَاتِ.
After two days, she received the test results.
5️⃣ أَخْبَرَهَا الطَّبِيبُ أَنَّ نِسَبَ السُّكَّرِ طَبِيعِيَّةٌ.
The doctor told her that the sugar levels are normal.
6️⃣ لَكِنَّهُ أَشَارَ إِلَى أَنَّ الكُلِّسْتِرُولِ عَالٍ.
But he pointed out that the cholesterol is high.
7️⃣ نَصَحَهَا بِتَغْيِيرِ نَمطِ حَيَاتِهَا وَتَناوُلِ طَعَامٍ صِحِّيٍّ.
He advised her to change her lifestyle and eat healthy food.
8️⃣ قَرَّرَتْ مَرْيَمُ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ خُضَرًا وَفَواكِهَ طَازَجَةً.
Maryam decided to buy fresh vegetables and fruits.
9️⃣ كَانَتْ تَمارِينُ الرِّيَاضَةِ أَيْضًا جُزْءًا مُهِمًّا مِنْ خُطَّتِهَا.
Exercise was also an important part of her plan.
🔟 بَعْدَ شَهْرٍ، شَعَرَتْ بِتَحَسُّنٍ فِي صِحَّتِهَا وَنَشاطِهَا.
After a month, she felt an improvement in her health and energy.
