1️⃣ كَانَ عَليٌّ شَابًّا يَعْمَلُ فِي مَكَانٍ مُشْتَغَلٍ.
Ali was a young man who worked in a busy place.
2️⃣ كَانَ عَليٌّ يَأْكُلُ طَعَامًا غَيْرَ صَحِّيٍّ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
Ali ate unhealthy food every day.
3️⃣ فِي يَوْمٍ مِنَ الأَيَّامِ، شَعَرَ بِتَعَبٍ شَدِيدٍ.
One day, he felt very tired.
4️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يُغَيِّرَ عَادَاتِهِ وَيَهْتَمَّ بِصِحَّتِهِ.
He decided to change his habits and take care of his health.
5️⃣ بَدَأَ يَأْكُلُ فَوَاكِهَ وَخُضَرَاتٍ كَثِيرَةٍ.
He started to eat more fruits and vegetables.
6️⃣ كَانَ يَشْرَبُ مَاءً كَثِيرًا كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He drank a lot of water every day.
7️⃣ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ، كَانَ يَخْرُجُ لِيَتَمَشَّى فِي الْحَدِيقَةِ.
Every morning, he would go out for a walk in the park.
8️⃣ بَعْدَ أَشْهُرٍ مِنَ الْعَمَلِ، شَعَرَ بِتَحَسُّنٍ فِي صِحَّتِهِ.
After months of effort, he felt an improvement in his health.
9️⃣ زَارَ الطَّبِيبَ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنْ أَنَّهُ بِخَيْرٍ.
He visited the doctor to make sure he was well.
🔟 شَكَرَ اللَّهَ عَلَى نِعْمَةِ الصِّحَّةِ وَالْعَافِيَةِ.
He thanked Allah for the blessing of health and well-being.
