1️⃣ فِي يَوْمٍ مِنَ الأَيَّامِ، قَرَّرَ عَليٌّ أَنْ يَزورَ القَرْيَةَ بَعْدَ عَيْشِهِ فِي المَدِينَةِ لِسنِينَ.
On a day of days, Ali decided to visit the village after living in the city for years.
2️⃣ عَندما وَصَلَ، شَعَرَ بِهَوَاءِ الرَّبيعِ النَّقيِّ وَصَوتِ الطُّيورِ تُغَنِّي فِي الأَشْجارِ.
When he arrived, he felt the fresh spring air and the sound of birds singing in the trees.
3️⃣ كَانَتِ الشَّوارِعُ هُناكَ هادِئَةً، وَالأَشْخاصُ يَتَبادَلُونَ التَّحيَّاتِ بِلُطفٍ.
The streets there were quiet, and people exchanged greetings kindly.
4️⃣ أَمَّا فِي المَدِينَةِ، فَكَانَتِ الشَّوارِعُ مَشْغُولَةً بِالسَّيَّاراتِ وَصَوْتُ الصَّفَّاراتِ يُشْعِرُهُ بِالزُّحامِ.
As for the city, the streets were busy with cars, and the sound of sirens made him feel the congestion.
5️⃣ تَجَوَّلَ عَليٌّ فِي الحَقْلِ، وَرَءَا الأَزهارَ تَتَفتَّحُ وَالأَشْجارَ تَخْضَرُ.
Ali wandered in the field, and saw the flowers blooming and the trees turning green.
6️⃣ شَعَرَ بِسَلاَمٍ داخِلِيٍّ لَمْ يَشْعُرْ بِهِ فِي المَدِينَةِ.
He felt an inner peace that he did not feel in the city.
7️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَتَعَشَّى مَعَ أَسْرَةٍ مَحَلِّيَّةٍ، وَتَناوَلَ طَعَامًا شَهِيًّا مَصْنوعًا مِنَ المَزَارِعِ القَرْبِيَّةِ.
He decided to have dinner with a local family, and enjoyed delicious food made from nearby farms.
8️⃣ أَحَبَّ أَنْ يَسْمَعَ حِكَايَاتِهُمْ عَنْ الحَيَاةِ فِي القَرْيَةِ وَمَزَايَاها.
He loved to hear their stories about life in the village and its advantages.
9️⃣ بَعْدَ أَنْ قَضَى اللَّيْلَةَ فِي القَرْيَةِ، شَعَرَ أَنَّهُ يَحْتَاجُ إِلَى تَغْيِيرٍ فِي حَيَاتِهِ.
After spending the night in the village, he felt that he needed a change in his life.
🔟 عَادَ إِلَى المَدِينَةِ بِلَفْتَةٍ جَدِيدَةٍ، وَعَزَمَ عَلَى أَنْ يُدْخِلَ بَعْضَ هَذِهِ السَّلَامَاتِ إِلَى حَيَاتِهِ.
He returned to the city with a new perspective, and resolved to incorporate some of this peace into his life.
