1️⃣ كَانَ عَليٌّ رَجُلًا يُحِبُّ الصِّحَّةَ وَالنَّظَافَةَ.

2️⃣ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ، كَانَ يَسْتَيْقِظُ مُبَكِّرًا لِيُمَارِسَ الرِّيَاضَةَ.
Every morning, he would wake up early to exercise.
3️⃣ كَانَ يَأْكُلُ فَواكِهَ طَازَجَةً وَخُضَرًا مُتَنَوِّعَةً.
He would eat fresh fruits and various vegetables.
4️⃣ كَانَ يُشْرَبُ مِيَاهًا كَثِيرَةً لِتِبْقَى جَسَمُهُ رَطِبًا.
He would drink a lot of water to keep his body hydrated.
5️⃣ كُلَّ أُسْبُوعٍ، كَانَ يَزُورُ الطَّبِيبَ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنْ صِحَّتِهِ.
Every week, he would visit the doctor to ensure his health.
6️⃣ كَانَ يُحَافِظُ عَلَى نَوْمٍ كَافٍ لِيَحْتَفِظَ بِطَاقَتِهِ.
He would maintain enough sleep to keep his energy.
7️⃣ كَانَ يُعْتَبَرُ قَائِدًا لِمَجْمُوعَةٍ تُشَجِّعُ النَّاسَ عَلَى الصِّحَّةِ.
He was considered a leader of a group that encouraged people towards health.
8️⃣ كُلَّ مَرَّةٍ كَانُوا يَجْتَمِعُونَ، كَانَ يُحَضِّرُ وَصَفَاتٍ صِحِّيَّةً.
Every time they would meet, he would prepare healthy recipes.
9️⃣ بَعْدَ مَرَاتٍ كَثِيرَةٍ، بَدَأَ أَصْدِقَاؤُهُ فِي اتِّبَاعِ نَظَامٍ صِحِّيٍّ.
After many times, his friends began to follow a healthy regimen.
🔟 فِي النِّهَايَةِ، أَصْبَحَتْ الْمَجْمُوعَةُ مَعْرُوفَةً فِي الْمَدِينَةِ كَفَريقِ صِحَّةٍ.
In the end, the group became known in the city as a health team.
