1️⃣ كَانَتِ ٱمْرَأَةٌ تُدْعَى سُهَى، تَعِيشُ فِي مَدِينَةٍ كَبِيرَةٍ.
There was a woman named Suha, who lived in a big city.
2️⃣ كَانَتْ سُهَى تَسْتَيْقِظُ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ مُبَكِّرًا لِتَجْرِيَ فِي ٱلْخَارِجِ.
Suha woke up every morning early to jog outside.
3️⃣ كَانَتْ تُؤْمِنُ أَنَّ ٱلصِّحَّةَ هِيَ أَهَمُّ شَيْءٍ فِي ٱلْحَيَاةِ.
She believed that health is the most important thing in life.
4️⃣ بَعْدَ ٱلْجَريِ، كَانَتْ تَأْكُلُ فَطُورًا صِحِّيًّا مِثْلَ ٱلْفَاكِهَةِ وَٱلْخُبْزِ ٱلْكَمِيلِ.
After jogging, she ate a healthy breakfast like fruit and whole grain bread.
5️⃣ كَانَتْ تَشْرَبُ كَثِيرًا مِنَ ٱلْمَاءِ لِتَبْقَى مُرَطَّبَةً.
She drank a lot of water to stay hydrated.
6️⃣ فِي ٱلْعَصْرِ، كَانَتْ تَزُورُ ٱلنَّادِيَ ٱلرِّيَاضِيَّ لِتَمارِسَ ٱلْيُوقَا.
In the afternoon, she visited the gym to practice yoga.
7️⃣ كَانَتْ تُحِبُّ ٱلْيُوقَا لِأَنَّهَا تُسَاعِدُهَا عَلَى ٱلِاسْتِرَخَاءِ وَتَحْسِينِ ٱلْمِرَانِ.
She loved yoga because it helped her relax and improve her fitness.
8️⃣ كُلَّ أُسْبُوعٍ، كَانَتْ تَذْهَبُ إِلَى ٱلطَّبِيبِ لِتَفْحُصَ صِحَّتَهَا.
Every week, she went to the doctor to check her health.
9️⃣ كَانَ ٱلطَّبِيبُ يَقُولُ إِنَّهَا فِي حَالَةٍ جَيِّدَةٍ جِدًّا.
The doctor said that she was in very good condition.
🔟 سُهَى كَانَتْ سَعِيدَةً بِصِحَّتِهَا وَتُشَجِّعُ أَصْدِقَائَهَا عَلَى ٱلْحَيَاةِ ٱلصَّحِّيَّةِ.
Suha was happy with her health and encouraged her friends to live a healthy life.
