1️⃣ فِي يَوْمٍ مَشْمِسٍ، ذَهَبَ مُحَمَّدٌ إِلَى السُّوقِ لِشِرَاءِ خُضَرٍ طَازَجَةٍ.
In a sunny day, Muhammad went to the market to buy fresh vegetables.
2️⃣ هُوَ يُؤْمِنُ أَنَّ الأَكْلَ الصِّحِّيَّ يُسَاعِدُ عَلَى تَعْزِيزِ الصِّحَّةِ.
He believes that healthy eating helps to enhance health.
3️⃣ اشْتَرَى جَزَرًا، وَخِيَارًا، وَطَمَاتِمَ، وَبَصَلًا.
He bought carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, and onions.
4️⃣ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، قَامَ بِيَزْرَعِ بَعْضِ الأَشْيَاءِ فِي حَدِيقَتِهِ.
After that, he started to plant some things in his garden.
5️⃣ كَانَ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يَتَأَكَّدَ أَنَّ مَا يَأْكُلُهُ طَازَجٌ وَصِحِّيٌّ.
He wanted to ensure that what he eats is fresh and healthy.
6️⃣ فِي الْمَسَاءِ، قَامَ بِطَبْخِ حَساءٍ لَذِيذٍ مِنَ الْخُضَرِ الَّتِي اشْتَرَاهَا.
In the evening, he made a delicious soup from the vegetables he bought.
7️⃣ أَضَافَ بَعْضَ التَّوَابِلِ لِيُحَسِّنَ النَّكْهَةَ.
He added some spices to improve the flavor.
8️⃣ بَعْدَ الْعَشَاءِ، جَلَسَ مَعَ أُسْرَتِهِ لِيَتَنَاوَلُوا الطَّعَامَ مَعًا.
After dinner, he sat with his family to enjoy the meal together.
9️⃣ تَحَدَّثُوا عَنْ أَهَمِّيَّةِ الصِّحَّةِ وَالنَّظَافَةِ فِي الحَيَاةِ.
They talked about the importance of health and cleanliness in life.
🔟 فِي النِّهَايَةِ، شَعَرَ مُحَمَّدٌ بِالسَّعَادَةِ لِأَنَّهُ يَعِيشُ حَيَاةً صِحِّيَّةً.
In the end, Muhammad felt happy because he lives a healthy life.
