1️⃣ كَانَ لِرَجُلٍ يُدْعَى أَحْمَدُ رَغْبَةٌ فِي تَحْسِينِ صِحَّتِهِ.
There was a man named Ahmad who had a desire to improve his health.
2️⃣ قَرَّرَ أَنْ يَتَّبِعَ نِظامًا غِذَائِيًّا مُتَوَازِنًا.
He decided to follow a balanced diet.
3️⃣ كَانَ يَأْكُلُ الْفَواكِهَ وَالْخُضَرَ كُلَّ يَوْمٍ.
He ate fruits and vegetables every day.
4️⃣ كَانَ أَيْضًا يَشْرَبُ مِياهًَا كَثِيرَةً لِتَحْسِينِ صِحَّتِهِ.
He also drank plenty of water to improve his health.
5️⃣ كُلَّ صَبَاحٍ، كَانَ يَخْرُجُ لِيَتَمَشَّى فِي الْحَدِيقَةِ.
Every morning, he would go out for a walk in the park.
6️⃣ كَانَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَجْتَمِعَ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِهِ لِلَّعبِ الرِّيَاضَةِ.
He loved to gather with his friends to play sports.
7️⃣ أَيْضًا، كَانَ يَحْتَفِي بِأَسَاسِيَّاتِ النَّوْمِ الجَيِّدِ.
He also valued the basics of good sleep.
8️⃣ زَارَ الطَّبِيبَ كُلَّ سَنَةٍ لِيَتَأَكَّدَ مِنْ صِحَّتِهِ.
He visited the doctor every year to ensure his health.
9️⃣ أَحْمَدُ كَانَ شَاكِرًا لِلَّهِ عَلَى نِعْمَةِ الصِّحَّةِ.
Ahmad was grateful to Allah for the blessing of health.
🔟 تَعَلَّمَ أَنَّ الْجَسَدَ أَمَانَةٌ وَيَجِبُ الْعِنَايَةُ بِهِ.
He learned that the body is a trust and must be taken care of.
